Project Management headed by Danny Maxim
Danny Maxim has been in the refrigeration industry since leaving further education. He started his Career at NRC Refrigeration where he started as a CAD technician working his way up to Contracts Engineer.
Danny then joined Space engineering as a Project Manager, working up to a Senior Project Manager. After 8 years of employment he was offered a new challenge at Project First.
Project First was a new company where he gained more financial experience as well as more hands on site work.
Project First offered Danny a new challenge as an Account Manager working on Sainsbury’s convenience account, reporting directly to the board. Danny took this opportunity which he enjoyed and this furthered his own experience.
After the demise of Project First Danny had the opportunity to start his own company which he had wanted to try for some time.
We also have a nationwide alliance with a range of refrigeration, air conditioning and commissioning engineers.
Our Project Management covers design, costing, allocating internal and external resources. Full P & L accountability for each project cradle to grave. Agreeing with the client a precise programme of works.
